This is the first step you need to take. Our job offers are available on the website www.koksownianowa.pl and on industry websites. The first stage of recruitment is sending a filled in application form.
Job interview and tests

The HR Department contacts selected candidates. At this stage, we learn about your motivation to change or start a new job, ask about your experience, talk briefly about the position and set a possible date for a meeting at the Company s headquarters.
Individual meetings with managers

In addition to you, your potential supervisor (Manager or Department Director) and a representative of the HR Department take part in the conversation. At this stage, we talk about our group (and maybe you would like to share what you know about us?), explain the scope of responsibilities and outline our work style. We ask you to summarize your professional path and leave space for your questions.
Feedback

The HR Department contacts each candidate and provides information about the decision. Usually, contact takes place within 14 days after the recruitment meeting, but for some projects this time may be longer.
